京都へ輪行。三条から四条へ。鴨川沿いを五条へ向けて。 [カフェめぐり。]
京～の五～条のは～しのうえ～♪
いよいよ京都も今日は見納め。
次は四条のesrille cafe（エスリルカフェ）
京都では珍しいワンちゃんOKのCAFEですね。
変り種っちゃあ変り種。
入り口を開けると凄いかわいいフレンチブルがお出迎えしてくれます。
あと、写真はないんですがこの近所のcafe marble（カフェ マーブル）
ここは得にお勧めなんですよ。行ってみて損はありません。本当です。
さて。次は鴨川を下って行って五条の方へ。
最後に休憩したのがcafe efish（カフェエフィッシュ）
ゆったり出来ました。
すごく暖かい京都の一日も終わりを迎えようとしています。
ホントに鴨川沿いにあるので、窓際の席でまったり。
夕方は少し寒くなってきてたので、
コーヒーが身に染みます。
手入れではないっぽいんですがね(笑)
この後は七条まで鴨川沿いを下っていって、京阪七条から輪行で帰宅。
この日は本当に暖かかったので、とてもいい一日でした。
次は京都市内でも北の方を中心に回りたいと思います。

う〜ん、こんな感じで雅にカフェ巡りとかしてみたいです。
私の場合、コンビニ専門ですからね、自転車だと・・・。

Why don’t you take the theory of an “aether” ( I hate that spelling ) and just use a different name if you really believe in it that much? You know the scientific community will never, ever, ever, ever, ever accept an aether. So why are you still calling it that?

My fondest memory with my father would have to be the first time he took me to sleep away camp when I was 9 years old. My grandparents went, my father went, and then as the eldest child it was my turn to go. We went one weekend the summer before I was to attend so I could check it out and get a feel for the camp. I remember the drive up being nerve-wracking and endless, but soon enough we finally arrived! My dad had attended and worked at this camp for over 10 years so obviously he felt like the king of the castle showing me around on his old stomping grounds. Besides playing with other girls my age in their bunk and going swimming in the lake THE BEST part of the trip was when my dad showed me the kitchen he used to work in at camp. Everything was so shiny and the staff was preparing for lunch so there was a ton of food everywhere. I was amazed that my dad had cooked for so many people since at home he only cooks for four and it seems like a lot of work. He would tell me stories of the fun he would have making food and making lifelong friends. But the coolest part was that the head chef, Claud, still worked there. He worked there when my dad was a camper (I remember thinking that it was so cool!). Anyways, the weekend ended and before we left we watched the sun set while eating watermelon. We went home and he starting teaching me how to cook! Years later when I was a counselor I got to experience all the fun and excitement that my dad had spoke about. I got to cook meals for my campers a few nights during the summer as a special activity for them! It was great everyone together laughing and having a great time! The owner of the camp even came up to me and said, “Well isn’t this some deja vu!” That weekend with my father at camp will always stick in my mind because I think it was the first time that we actually made a connection over something and now 12 years later as a Junior in college I have decided make cooking my life all thanks to my dad!!
